Inspired by miss Holly!
I'm moving to the Netherlands soon, and I know that it's going to be a strange alien place at first. With that in mind, I want to take pieces of you all, with me. So, just like Holly I want to do some kind of art exchange. I don't take photographs or paint, but I do write poetry and prose. I was thinking that you could give me a theme and I could work that into a short story, poem ect and then send it to you as part of a collage maybe? I tend to write more transgressive, surreal type pieces, but I can on occasion write nice things!! Then you could send me poetry of you own, a print, a painting ect. It could be anything though, like a song that you've written and sung. There aren't really any limits to this.
The type of things that I like are;
anything connected to religious imagery, especially saints, rosary beads, the virgin mary, mary magdalane, stigmata wounds ect.
Anything remotely fairy tale like, fairgrounds, old houses, secret doorways ect.
Anything gothic, creepy, surreal, transgressive.
If you'd like to participate then let me know. I'm also planning on a poetry zine soon. I just have a few more pieces to put together.

Any day that starts off with me writing, is a good day. I'm so glad I finally got over my writers block issues.
Today is going to be, meeting friends for lunch, a trip to a museum, buying new luggage and Lost! I can already feel that this week will be better than the last, if only for today and yesterday.
I can't believe I'm moving to another country on the 25th July! It keeps on catching me off guard.

Does anyone want to make a layout for me? Anything creepy looking would be cool, or stick with the lunar wave theme maybe. People I like are, Johnny Depp, Rose Mcgowan, Liv Tyler and Michael Pitt. I would credit you and shower you with love. I have no artistic skill whatsoever and have to turn to others for help.
